Bourbon maple glazed pork belly, topped with raspberry-jalapeño jam and moody blue cheese

Mayonnaise, chives, and white truffle oil
What makes our black eyed pea hummus different from regular hummus?
We use black eye peas instead of garbanzo beans and its served with cucumbers, beet chips and grilled focaccia bread
What is kimchi? And how do we serve it with fries?
Kimchi is a mixture of spices and cabbage that has been fermented, much like sauer kraut. And is topped on our hand cut fries, along with spicy mayo and tossed sesame seeds.
What comes on our crispy Brussels?
Mint, cilantro, truffle-chilli glaze (sweet chili and truffle oil) and rice crispies

Cucumber, avocado, carrot, and ginger dressing
What is in the spicy tuna roll?
Avocado, spicy mayo, jalapeño, cucumber, and wasabi drizzle.
How is the tropical tuna roll prepared?
Mango, avocado, coconut wasabi sauce, and tuna on top
What is in the tempura shrimp roll?
Cucumber, spicy mayo aioli, avocado, eel sauce, crispy onion, and tuna on top. Tobiko (flying fish roe)
What is nori?
The seaweed wrapper that goes around sushi

Mango, avocado, cucumber, tobiko (flying fish roe), Scottish salmon inside and out
What are the two ways you can have the chicken wings?
Hawaiian pineapple glaze or traditional buffalo. Served with blue cheese dressing
How is the Thai calamari served?
Flash fried calamari steak tossed in spicy Thai vinaigrette (chili paste, sesame oil, lime juice, and fish sauce) and garnished with basil, cilantro, spicy mayo and peanuts
How are the PEI mussels served?
Prince Edward Island mussels steamed and served with tomato-garlic broth and grilled focaccia bread
