strong, aromatic Mexican herb. It has a taste of mint, tarragon, and anise.

Six pan seared shrimps, then simmered with white wine, butter, garlic, guajillo peppers and shrimpy stock. Served with toasted telera bread

Taquitos de Cogrejo
Four rolled crispy tortillas filled with crab meat (sauteed with onions and jalapeno) and topped with pico de gallo, guacamole and salsa verde.
Empanadas
2 small empanadas (flour pastry) filled with shrimp, crab, baby spinach, red pepper, onion, garlic, thyme, butter , salt, pepper.
Fried in Fryer
Served with smokey tomato salsa
(roasted tomatoes, chipotle, jalapeno, onion, salt)
Tamale

Black beans cooked with onion, garlic, jalapeno, epazote blended and garnished with queso fresco, crema and pico de gallo
Quesadillas
Handmade corn masa tortillas with wheat flour. They are prepped
each day with fillings and cannot be modified. Fried in fryer
(beware of cross contamination with shellfish).
Each topped with quest fresco, crema, and lettuce. Served with
salsa roja or verde.
If a customer orders a quesadilla as an entree or to share, make
sure to describe the quesadilla and inform them it is not a large,
flour tortilla dish sliced into eights.
Tinga
Shredded chicken braised with chipotle,
tomato, onion, oregano, and salt

Queso Oaxaca and epazote
Huitlacoche
Huitlacoche roasted with corn, onion, and jalapeño
*huitlacoche is a fungus that grows on corn, similar to a mushroom
it can be described as a corn truffle, and is considered a Mexican delicacy
Pescadilla
Sweet plantain masa quesadilla with shrimp, salmon, crabmeat
Served in a smokey tomato sauce
Torta Carne Enchilada
Pinto bean spread, slow roasted pork (vinegar, oregano, garlic, onion, tomato, chipotle), cabbage, salsa verde, cilantro garnish
Torta Pescado
Fried tilapia (flour, egg, bread crumbs), lettuce, tomato, pickeld jalapeno, avocado puree, chipotle mayo, cilantro garnish
Torta Milanesa
Pinto bean spread, breaded chicken cutlet (flour, egg, breadcrumbs), avocado, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno mayo, cilantro garnish
