A
Captain is not at IOE Captain.
First Officer < 100 hours in type.
SARA airports designated by FAA or
1) Visibility < 3/4 miles.
2) RWY’s in use RVR < 4K’.
3) RWY contaminated (Wet) adversely affecting performance.
4) Braking less then “Good”.
5) X-Wnd > 15 kts.
6) Windshear reported in vicinity.
7) Any other condition the PIC determines to be prudent.
