  • Fluoride Varnish: 22,600 ppm (Duraphat), usually max of 2x/yr
  • Fluoride Gel: 9000 ppm (Neutrafluor 9000/NaF NuPro. >10yo, apply for 4 minutes
  • Fluoride mouthwashes: 200-900 >6yo
  • Fluoride toothpaste: neutrafluor 5000, >10yo

  • casein phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate
  • CPP-ACP gum- up to 4xdailyafter meals and after cleaning teeth
  • CPP-ACP cream - adults can use cream nightly after cleaning their teeth.
