A
- Fluoride Varnish: 22,600 ppm (Duraphat), usually max of 2x/yr
- Fluoride Gel: 9000 ppm (Neutrafluor 9000/NaF NuPro. >10yo, apply for 4 minutes
- Fluoride mouthwashes: 200-900 >6yo
- Fluoride toothpaste: neutrafluor 5000, >10yo

A
- casein phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate
- CPP-ACP gum- up to 4xdailyafter meals and after cleaning teeth
- CPP-ACP cream - adults can use cream nightly after cleaning their teeth.
