Q

I am/ you are/ we are/ he or she is/ they are _______(verb)

A

You can omit estar in sentences like this in rioplatense spanish. For example: estamos cocinando tostada con palta…can become…cocinamos tostada con palta and it is understood as we are cooking/making tostada with avocado, but could also be understood as a statement “we cook toast with avocado”. It depends on context. Usually depends on if you are actively cooking while saying it, if so, then its understood as “we are” and not just as a statement.
