Start Flow (Prior to every flight)
AML - CHECK Forms & Manuals - CHECK GMT & Enter - Flight # & Dep/Dest Oxygen - CHECK Guidance Panel - SET Display Controller Unit - SET PFD - CHECK MCDU - SET/CHECK Terrain - On (as required)
Start Flow (After fueling is complete and approximately 10 min prior to gate departure)
Fuel Quantity - CHECK
ACARS Preflight - SEND FUEL
EFB, PED - SET, OFF
Start Flow (After receiving cabin ready report and all doors closed)
Pushback/Start Clearance - OBTAIN
SYS 3 Election Pump A - ON
Doors/Windows - CLOSED & LOCKED
Start Flow (After ground equipment is clear and attain has announced “I have a salute”)
Flaps - SET
Flight Controls - CHECK
EICAS - CHECK
Before Takeoff Flow (After Load Closeout reviewed, both engines running and flaps set for takeoff)
MCDU - UPDATE PERF Brake Temps - GREEN EICAS -CHECK Pitch & Trim - Set T/O Config - Checked
Before Takeoff Flow (When approaching number 1 position for takeoff)
Transponder - TA/RA
Runway & FMS - CHECK
FMA - Check
Climb Flow (After flap & slat retraction)
Slat/Flap Lever - UP, 0 DETENT
Landing Gear Lever - UP
APU - OFF, (Unless operationally required)
Climbing through Transition Altitude
BARO SET - PUSH STD
PFD’s - Crosscheck
“Transition, Standard”
Descent Flow (Descending through 18,000 ft MSL or FL180)
Terrain - ON (as required)
Changeover Report - SENT
Descent Flow (Descending through transition level)
BARO SET - SET (as required)
PFD’s - CROSSCHECK
“Transition, .”
Parking Flow (After aircraft has cleared the landing runway)
Flaps - UP (or as operationally required)
Weather Radar - FSBY, STBY, or OFF
Transponder - ALT-ON
Ice Protection - SET
Trim - 2.0 UP (or as operationally required)
Parking Flow (After aircraft is parked with parking brake set)
SYS 3 ELEC PUMP A - OFF
Post Flight Report - SEND
HYDR PBIT - AS REQUIRED
Jumpseat (if previously occupied) - STOWED
