Describe the flow of air basically
A
200-300 bar goes through cylinder valve into pressure reducer
Passes into larger chamber (6-9 bar)
Medium pressure air goes via 2 ports. One providing medium and high pressure air to EMU. One providing medium pressure to LDV and second person attach
High pressure air flows through bore of tube to gauge or EMU.
Medium pressure goes through rubber hose
As wearer inhales the LDV chamber reduces pressure allowing medium pressure air to enter larger chamber and reduce to 1-3.9 bar
As wearer exhales the LDV pressure exceeds 4.2-5.7 bar and excess air or co2 is expelled out via exhalation valve
