   f. FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE: must (i) choose FL law; (ii) nonresident submit to FL jurisdiction; (iii) consideration not less than $250,000; (iv) doesn’t violate U.S. Constitution; & (v) bears substantial or reasonable relation to FL
