- we expend the freq of bluff raise with Ahigh and low_pairs (10% in GTO)
(we stay undetected, this hands are often bluff raises in GTO) - Ahigh we use A M+L kicker: unblok their bet-folds (they are not supposed to bluff Ahigh)
- low_pair have great propriety of blok the top of their range
Bulk of bluff range: Ahigh, middle+low pair, low PPs, and missed_trash
