The pilot shall submit a flight plan for?
- Any flight or portion with ATC service
- Ant IFR flight within advisory airspace

- Any flights across the border unless otherwise prescribed by the state

What is OLDI and what is its main purpose?
OLDI stands for On Line Data Interchange and its main purpose is to reduce telephone coordination.
What are the objectives of ATFCM
- Protect ATC from overloads
- Provide an optimal flow of traffic
- Making best use of available capacity

- Strategic - More than 6 days before the day of operation
- Pre-Tactical - 1 to 6 days before the day of operation
- Tactical - day of operation
- Post operational - Following the day of operation
