ENGINE anti-ice switch is turned on.
* If the Electric Solenoid Valve does not close when respective
ENGINE anti-ice switch is turned OFF.

35
Q

L AC GEN

A

Comes on when the AC generator is not supplying power. If a L/R
INTAKE light also comes on at the same time, the failure has
occurred between the generator and the intake heating mats. If it
occurs before the GCU sensors but after the heating mats, only the
AC GEN light will come on and load xfr will occur. If the failure occurs
after the GCU pickup, the only light to come on will be a systems light
(Pitot, AOA sensor etc.) and load xfr has to be manual.

36
Q

What happens when you select the AC GEN switch to LOAD XFR?

A

De-energised the AC generator relay and disconnects the AC
generator from the Generator bus. This will transfer the load to the
other side for power.

37
Q

DE-ICE OV TEMP

either of the two over heat sensors detects an over temperature of
150 Deg°C (300 Deg °F).

38
Q

Will come on if:
1. no pressure is sensed downstream,
2. the activated timer gives no inflation signal,
3. the boots are not cycling,
4. control power to the timer is lost,
5. pressure remains on in the stabilizer boot zone when next
boot cycle is activated, and
6. pressure remains on in the LEFT and RIGHT inboard or L and
R outboard wing boot zone after more than 8 seconds.

39
Q

DRIVE TFR

A

DRIVE XFR:
* Used if video signals from own DPU fails (EADI and EHSI
goes blank). Video signals are provided from the MFD, EADI
pictures on both MFD and EHSI will be the same.
* DRIVE XFR light on associated side comes on.
* DCP functions as normal.

NORM:
* Normal Operations.

XSIDE DATA:
* Used if attitude and/or heading data fails.
* Data from opposite side is then displayed.
* Both sides EADI, EHSI and MFD will thus be supplied with the
same attitude and heading information.
* Switched sides will display XATT and XHDG in yellow on the
EADI/EHSI.
* DCP functions as normal.
