Proximal three-quarters of the medial and anterior surfaces of the ulna and interosseous membrane.
Flexor Digitium Profundus (INSERTION)
Bases of the distal phalanges of the medial four digits (index, middle, ring, and little fingers)
Flexor Digitium Profundus (INNERVATION)- medial part and lateral part
Medial part: Ulnar nerve (C8, T1)
Lateral part: Median nerve (anterior interosseous nerve, C8, T1)
Flexor Digitium Profundus (BLOOD SUPPLY)
Anterior interosseous artery, ulnar artery
Flexor Digitium Profundus (ACTION)
Flexes the distal phalanges at the distal interphalangeal joints of the medial four digits; assists in flexion of the hand at the wrist
