sent Neil Armstrong, Michel Collins, and Buzz Aldrin to the moon
Neil became the first person to walk on the moon

Perseverance was a rover mission that was meant to try to find past life on mars and to collect rock samples that would be picked up in later missions. The rover also held held the first mars helicopter. It is still working on mars today
