Must document: time of death and name of OLMD, absent pulse and heart sounds, and indications for non-initiation.
EMS must print rhythm strips from at least 3 different leads indicating asystole

Meloxicam 15mg po x 1
What is given for moderate to server pain?
Ketamine 50mg IN, repeat q 20min prn x 1-max dose 100mg
