PASSING SKILL CUES
- Spread fingers across laces with thumb under ball
- Turn non-dominant shoulder towards target
- Bring ball back to your ear
- Rotate hips toward target
- Extend arm fully and snap wrist downward
CATCHING SKILL CUES
- For a high pass, spread fingers to make triangle
- Fingers are pointing downward below waist
CENTER
Player who snaps football to quarterback
LATERAL PASS
Pass that goes behind you or to either side of you
FORWARD PASS
ball thrown from behind line of scrimmage to a person on your team.
TOUCHDOWN
player catches a ball or runs over endzone to score
