Spread fingers over laces, step with opposite foot, elbows above shoulders, release the ball with a high extended arm and follow through.

No flaguarding, do not tie your flag, all flags above you shirt.
What is a quarterback?
Player that advances the ball down the field.
What is the receiver?
offensive player that catches a pass from the quarterback.
What is the center?
person who hikes the ball to the quarterback.
What is the running back?
receives a handoff from QB and runs the ball down the field.
