Step 1 - Subtract age from 220
Step 2 - Multiply your max heart rate (number in step one) by .6 to find the low end of your heart range
Step 3 - Multiplay your max heart rate (number in step one) by .8 to find the highest your heart rate should go

Range of motion that your body can move through.
