  • mental state (especially anxiety)
  • evidence of anaemia, alcohol abuse, infection
  • cerebrovascular examination: carotid arteries, ocular fundi, bruits
  • cardiovascular examination: pulses, BP (lying, sitting, standing), heart
  • cervical spine

  • BSL (diabetes, hypoglycaemia)
  • EUC
