  • T – Create a digital solution to help one of the UN SDG’s – new team, don’t know strengths etc, minimal front end dev experience

Option 2 – TBH 13 people on one single TAH design, lots of overlap, everything impacts everything else etc. – won the health hackathon

  • S – Team bath heart technical brainstorm
  • T – Some members of the group were being less open minded and giving reasons why things wouldn’t work
  • A – Initially brief mention of importance and then explain - after brainstorm took time to chat things over and make sure they understood reasons and still felt like valid team members for following on brainstorms
  • R – brainstorms became more creative and open minded leading to a huge variety of ideas and all group members feeling welcome to share thoughts eventually design won heart hackathon.
