Describe the 10 steps of the Tuna Cowboys process

1. Tow rings out to sea (D3 Boat)
2. Attach nets to the rings (Holding pens)
3. Use spotter boats and plane to find fish
4. Chum boats throw chum into water to keep fish
   close to boat
5. Trawler surrounds the chum boat with a net (Catch
   boat)
6. Close the bottom of the net
7. Transfer the tuna from the net to the holding pen
8. Repeat catching process until both holding pens are
   full
9. Tow holding pens to port (slowly) Why slowly?
   Pens are very big
   Must get sharks out of the pens and repair the nets
10. Transfer fish to tanks on the shore and store for 5
    months (Feed them to fatten them up)
