A

Section 22- tenant applies within first 6 months of fixed TA
Must be in proscribed form

Section 6 notice - to change terms or rent - must be served within 12 months of statutory periodic tenancy after it was fixed.
Party can appeal within 3 months of notice date

Section 13: - landlord can apply to change rent in periodic ta
Month notice or quarter
Only one every 12 months

Section 70 of rent act 1977-
Rent is set by rent officer - if tenant or landlord not happy they can appeal to FTT
