  • Hepatocellular damage and necrosis
  • Peripheral neuropathy - pyrodoxine deficiency(Vit B6)

  • Rashed , Thrombocytopenia, nephritis
  • Cholestatic jaundice, hepatitis
  • Light chain proteinuria
  • Flu like symptons
