how to the medicines work with the SNS stimulation

A

PIMOBENDAN
activtes the enzyme phosphodiesterase which recruits calcium leading to activation of the contractile proteins. also has vasodilation mechanism when activating phosphodiesterase.

DIGOXIN
activates calcium sodium and ATPase pump, increasing intracellular sodium and increasing pumping calcium out of cells. this activates contractile proteins
