A

Responsive :
Airway - Check Airway
Breathing - check for effective breathing ( rate , depth)
Circulation - rapid body survey for injury

Unresponsive :
Airway - Open the airway; head-tilt, chin-lift
Breathing - Check breath for 5-9 breath ;
- Chest lift : do CPR : 30 Compression, check mouth, 2 ventilations
- no chest lift : airway is obstructed - CHOCKING
