What are some possible dangers in the marine environment? How are they managed?
Stings: antihistamines and cream

To get the heart pumping or to normalise the heart beats
What is CPR?
Sinulation of the heart, beating, + breathing.
How do you treat an open wound?
Clean wound with anticeptic + cover with a bandage
How do you treat a sting?
give patient antihistamines (to calm swelling) + numbing cream (To help with the pain)
How do you treat someone in shock?
Lay the person down and elevate their legs; perform CPR if there are no signs of life
What are the symptoms, treatment, and prevention of hypothermia?
Symptoms: fumbling hands + drowsiness
Treatment: remove wet clothes + add insulating layers
Prevention: multilayered clothing + changing clothes if wet
What are symptoms, Treatment and prevention of hyperventilation?
Symptoms: weakness, shortness of breath
Treatment: slow breaths to gradually remove symptoms

Symptoms: confusion, slurred speech, profuse sweating
Treatment: wet with cool water + cover with damp sheets
Prevention: stay hydrated + wear light-weight clothing
