Heimlich Manouver
Faint
Temporary unconsciousness caused by temporary loss of oxygenated blood to the brain

Reaction to pain, exhaustion, dehydration, overheating, lack of food, stress
First aid for Fainting
Flat on the floor and elevated legs, loosen clothes, low sugar: 1 tsp sugar under the tongue
Nose bleed
Small blood vessels inside the nose burst
First Aid for nosebleed
Lean forward and touch the softest part of the nose
Open wound
Tear on skin
Types of open wounds
Puncture, Abrasion, Incision, Laceration, Avulsion, Amputation
Abrasion
Superficial tear (gasgas, grazes)
Laseration
Irregular tear on skin
Incision
Cause by a sharp object (laslas)
Puncture
Sharp object penetrates skin
Avulsion
Skin peeled off
Amputation
Body part cuts off

Apply direct pressure, Elevate, Dress, immobilize
