Hypovolemic– Blood or fluid loss neurogenic– Damage to the spinal cord Cardiogenic– Damage to the heart Septic– Caused by bacteria Anaphylactic– Caused by hyper sensitivity or allergic reaction
What is treatment for shock
Elevate legs keep victim warm
What are three types of burns
First – redness and mild pain
Second – blisters mild to severe pain
Third – black or white no pain nerve endings are dead
What are too cold Injury
Hypothermia and frostbite
What are three heat injuries
Heatstroke heat exhaustion heat cramps
What is the difference between heatstroke and heat exhaustion
Heatstroke – skin is red hot and dry
Heat exhaustion – excessive sweating with pale moist cool skin

Stokes, fireman’s carry, for handed seat Carry, Blanket drag, tied hand pack strap
