Snake bite treatment
Calm Immobilize Clean w/water Cover Splint

3 classifications of burns
1st degree- redness tenderness mild pain
2nd degree- red, blistered severe pain
3rd degree- destroyed tissue severe pain may be absent due to nerve endings
Heat exhaustion
Serious disturbance of blood to brain, heat, lungs, skin is cool moist, clammy and sweating
Move to cool area, loosen clothing, wet cloths water
Heat stroke
Unable to eliminate excessive body heat Hot dry skin Weak, rapid pulse Lay down Water
Hypothermia
General cooling of the body
Deep frostbite
Ice crystals forming in deep layers of the skin
Shock symptoms
Disruption of circulatory system Vacant eyes Shallow breathing Cold pale skin Nausea, fainting
