What do you do if you have a burn causes by dry-heat (hot oven shelf or baking tray)?
A
- Run cold water over a burn for about 10 minutes to cool - don’t apply creams.

What do you do if you have a cut?
A
- Wash, dry and put waterproof plaster on (blue).
- If the cut is severe then wash, apply pressure to stop bleeding and get medical help quickly

What do you do of you have a scald (from moist heat like boiling water)?
A
- Run cold water a scald for about 10 minutes to cool - do not apply creams
- Seek medical help if it is serious

All accidents should be reported using a record book - IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES

- Leaflet on first aid
- Sterile plaster and eye pad
- Triangular bandage with safety pins

- A pair of disposable gloves
