Asymptomatic in most patients ~80% and found asymptomatically

Trachea deviates towards affected lung d/t decreased pressure from atelectasis
Tension Pneumothorax direction of trachea?
Opposite side
Surgical procedure for GERD refractory cases?
Nissen Fundoplication (wrapping the gastric fundus around the esophagus to increase sphincter pressure)
Testing that should be included as part of diabetic neuropathy?
Should include electrophysiologic testing of nerve function, including the use of nerve conduction velocity (NCV) or electromyography (EMG).
At what TIMI score should heparin and angiography be considered?
If TIMI risk score ≥ 3, consider early low molecular weight heparin and angiography.
