- In circumstances that Prima facie show an intention to use it in connection with that imprisonable offence

- Uses any firearm in any manner whatever
- Against any member of the Police acting in the course or their duties
- Knowing that person to be a member of Police OR being reckless to whether or not that person is a member of Police
