Ejection Port
The opening on a firearm where spent casings are expelled after firing.
Brass Casings
The metal casing that holds the gunpowder and primer in a cartridge, expelled after firing.
Muzzle Flash
The visible flame that comes out of the barrel when a firearm is discharged.
Replica Gun
A non-functioning firearm, often made of rubber or plastic, used in scenes where firing is not required.
Chain of Custody
The process of tracking who has control of the firearm at all times, from storage to on-set use, ensuring accountability and proper handling.
Blank

Primer
The component of a blank that ignites the gunpowder, causing the discharge of gases.
