At the range on the line, when you go on or off duty. In a passive setting. One in the chamber!

Bring the gun tucked and down range, strip mag to ground, insert new mag, rack over top, back on target.

Bring the gun down tucked center mass. With index and pointer finger grab mag, thumb and index strip mag out. Insert new mag and discard old mag in pocket. rack over top, back on target.
