THIS INCIDENT TYPE IS USED FOR ALL AIRCRAFT PROBLEMS RELATING TO FLIGHT SAFETY WHETHER ON THE GROUND OR IN THE AIR. (I.E. LANDING GEAR ISSUES, SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT ETC.) THIS INCLUDES STANDBY EVENTS INITITAED BY AIRPORT AUTHORITY. AIRCRAFTS ALSO INCLUDES BALLOONS, GLIDERS, AND ULTRA-LIGHTS. THIS INCIDENT TYPE DOES NOT INCLUDE CONFIRMED CRASHES.
