Current Ratio = CurrentAssets / CurrentLiabilities

Called the “Bankers Rule of Thumb”

If CR>1 then CA>CL, If C<1 then CA>CL, therefor cashflow is liquid
Quick Ratio = (CA - Inventory)/CL
