c. ) Phalen’s/reverse phalen’s, figure 8, tinel of the carpal tunnel, r/o vascular involvement with allens test, r/o pronator teres syndrome with pronator teres test
d. ) Massage to carpal tunnel, volar spreading of wrist, dorsal wrist glide to help with wrist flexion or volar wrist glide to help with wrist ext.
e. ) Splinting in neutral, education to keep the hand above the heart to help with swelling, stretched into wrist flexion and extension to use new ROM
