Temporary Employee work full time on a contract basis for a limited time

The amount should not exceed quarter of the salary, the priority is alimony

Should not work between 8pm until 7am , only under exceptional circumstances determined by CSB
Annual leave
Calculated by days not hours
Full paid 30 days to all employees
Employee can retain unused annual leave for a period that doesn’t exceed 75 working days
Sick leave
CSB:
Fully paid , 24 working day a year (2 working days a month)
Can keep unused sick leaves but not exceed 240 working days.
Labour :
If he completed 3 consecutive months in the service.
15 days full pay
20 days half pay
20 days without pay
If a employee used all his sick leaves
If it’s approved by the specialized medical committee, the employee can be given another fully paid sick leave that doesn’t exceed 60 working days

If used all their sick leaves, they can be given another medical leave with a salary the doesn’t exceed 30 working days for the one time during the year
Marriage leave
Not exceed 3 working days after submitting the original marriage certificate.

Maternity leave

For females only
60 days starts from first day of delivery
Upon her request, she may obtain the leave 15 days prior delivery
Labour:
Male: one day
Female: full paid 60 days including before and after delivery, if she provided valid medical certificate she can get unpaid 15 days on top
Bereavement leave
3 days
Up to fourth degree relative.

Labor:
One paid month, complete odda for 3 months and 10 days from her annual leave, if her annual leavs not enough, she gets unpaid leave

The notice period
Both parties can terminate their contract after informing the other party before at least 30 days notice.
