Criminal Homicide
Premeditated killing of another person or killing someone while committing or attempting to commit a felony.
First Degree Murder
Extremely volatile emotional condition.

Killing of one person by another.

Unlawful killing of another person with no prior malice.

Person under the legal age for becoming an adult, the most common being under age of 16 or 18 depending on the state.

Acts motivated by unnatural or abnormal sexual interest in minors that would reasonably be expected to disturb, irritate or offend the victim.
Molestation
Failure to meet a childs basic needs, including housing, food, clothing, education, and access to medical care.
Neglect
