How did the Civil War affect the economies of both sides?
The North and South both suffered economically during the war. The South faced more problems than the North and inflation was on of the problems that they experienced
Gettysburg (how did it start, what were the results)
This battle took place in the North in 1863 and started with the invasion from Robert E. Lee and was a devastating loss for the Confederacy. It is considered to be the main turning point in the Civil War
Antietam (how did it start, what were the results)
When the Union found Lee’s battle plans, they knew he was headed North into Maryland. The Union pursued him and that is how this battle started

This battle helped the Union gain control of the Mississippi River
