What do we use when we export our session?
Bounce to disk; this means you are exporting your mix as a stereo audio file. You can pick the file type, for example, MP3, WAV, AIFF.
ProTools can only primarily work in two types of audio files? What are they?

In professional recordings, most are done at 24 bit depth, and 48 khz. You should be recording most of your recordings at these parameters.
What is the difference between a WAV file and an MP3 file.
WAV an AIFF files are uncompressed, and MP3 files are compressed.

What does Grid Mode do?
Allows me to make selections in the value of the grid
What does Shuffle Mode do?
Like Slip Mode (can select free flow), but the difference is, if you delete a part of the track, it takes what is to the right of it and shifts it to the left

Export in a higher res. Export in 48 kHz and 24 bit WAV. files, this would be the best option.
