What is a film?
A film is sit in a darkened room . The huge screen becomes the gateway to a fantasy world created by the music and sound effect , images and characters !

What is a Dolly shot ?
The camera is placed on a device with wheels called a dolly so that it can be moved smoothly towards or away from the object !
What is a crane shot ?
Cranes , cherry pickers and even sea saws can be used to create this shot . the camera goes up or down and towards or away from the object !
What is panning ?
The camera is on a tripod and the audience experience a wide view of the scene .
What is tilting ?
Tilting is when the camera moves either up or down on the tripod !
What is a tracking shot ?
The camera moves along with the object being filmed allowing the audience to keep watch o the action !

What is a extreme long shot ?
An extreme long shot is a large amount of landscape. It is often used at the beginning of a scene or a film to establish the location (settings) ! This shot is also known as a establishing shot
What is a long shot ?
This shot gives the audience a more specific view of the location. This shot also shows where the action will take place !
What is a full shot ?
Shows a complete view of the characters. From this shot , audiences can see their costumes and demonstrates the relationship between the characters !
What is a medium shot ?
Shows the character from the waist and up. This shot can see the characters face more clearly ! This shot is also known as a social shot !
What is a close up shot ?
Shows one characters face. This enables the audience to understand the actors emotions. Also know as a personal shot.
