Prop and wardrobe identification and preparation
Special effects identification and preparation
Production schedule
Set construction
Script-locking
Script read-through with cast, director and other interested parties

What is the production stage?
A
The production stage is when what has been planned at the pre-production stage begins to be created.
As the main focus of this stage is to complete the principal photography,the roles are focused around this be achieved.

What is the post-production?
A
As the term suggests, “Post” happens after the principal photography is finished. It mostly evolves:
Picture editing Sound effects editing Music composition Visual effects Sound mixing Color correction
