Assonace
the repetition of vowel sounds, that can occur anywhere in the word. You can identify this by listening carefully to vowel sounds. It is different then rhyme, when a vowel and a consonant sound are repeated aat the end of the word

is the repetition of consonant sounds. It looks a lot like alliteration except that the repeating consonant sounds can occur anywhere within the words, not just at the beginning.
