A sum of money paid in compensation for loss or injury.
Example: While restitution is paid to the victim, criminal fines and felony assessments are paid to a crime victims’ fund.

destroy property or hinder normal operations.
Example: We want at least a district that won’t sabotage dreams of its youths.

A small and inadequate amount.
Example: Water - it’s scarcity, quality and the regulations affecting it - is becoming a new corporate headache.
