IQ test of pupils, randomly told teachers that some were ‘spurters’. 1 year later those pupils had made the most progress

A
Pseudopatient: fake patient admitted to ‘hearing voices’ and being diagnosed with Sz. Once in hospital: stopped complaining of hearing voices, but were still given treatment (label was being treated not their behaviour)
