What are the types of Fibre

A

Soluble - this will soak up liquid as it passes through your intestines and absorbs small but significant amounts of bile acid, cholesterol and fat. These can be found in soft fruits, vegetables and grains

Insoluble - Found in the touch outer husk of grains and skins of veg and fruit.
