Chronic hypertension and fetal monitoring

• USS and doppler 28 - 30 weeks
• USS and doppler 32 - 34 weeks
• If normal growth no more scans

Question 2

Mild or moderate gestational hypertension and fetal monitoring

Answer 2

• USS and doppler if diagnosis before 34 weeks

- No scan if diagnosis after 34 weeks

Question 3

Severe gestational hypertension or pre-eclampsia fetal monitoring

Answer 3

• CTG once a weeks

- USS every two weeks
