An alloy which is magnetic and contains iron as its main ingredient

Steel
What is steel made from ?
Iron + carbon
How is rust formed ?
When oxygen reacts with iron

To prevent or slow down oxidisation

Ability to resist tearing/breaking when bent or stretched
