A

what are the clinical features of richter’s hernia?

A
  1. only part of the intestinal wall herniates
  2. lumen of the bowel is not obstructed - symptoms of intestinal obstruction do not occur
  3. necrosis still occurs and perforation of the bowel wall results in peritonitis
