How is rivalta’s test administered?

A

Transparent reagent tube is filled with 8ml distilled water and 1 drop of acetic acid is added and mixed.

A drop of effusion fluid is added and if the drop disappears, its negative. If the drop retained its shape or sink at the bottom, then its positive.
